1. Project Cancellation by Clients
- Clients may cancel a project before a freelancer accepts the offer without any penalties.
- If a project is canceled after the freelancer has accepted the offer but before any work has been submitted, the client may request a full refund of the escrowed amount.
- If the freelancer has already submitted work for the project, the refund will be subject to a dispute resolution process to assess the work delivered.
2. Project Cancellation by Freelancers
- Freelancers may cancel a project before starting the work without penalties.
- If a freelancer cancels the project after starting work, the client will be eligible for a full refund of the escrowed amount unless both parties agree otherwise.
3. Refund Requests
- Refund requests can be initiated by clients under the following circumstances:
- The freelancer fails to deliver the work within the agreed timeline.
- The delivered work does not meet the agreed-upon requirements.
- The freelancer becomes unresponsive for an extended period.
- All refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of the project’s completion date or agreed deadline.
4. Dispute Resolution
- If there is a disagreement regarding the refund, freelanceifi offers a dispute resolution process.
- Both clients and freelancers must provide relevant evidence (e.g., communication logs, work samples) to support their claims.
- Our dispute resolution team will review the case and make a final decision. This decision will be binding for both parties.
5. Non-Refundable Fees
- Service fees charged by freelanceifi are non-refundable.
- Any transaction fees incurred during payments or withdrawals are also non-refundable.
6. Partial Refunds
- Partial refunds may be granted if a portion of the work has been completed and delivered in line with the agreed terms.
