Freelancers will be charged 10% of the total project value or ₹250, whichever is higher, for fixed-price and hourly projects.
For contest winnings, a 10% fee or ₹250 (whichever is higher) will be charged.

2. Employer Fees:

Employers will be charged 3% of the total project value or ₹250, whichever is higher, for all payments made to freelancers.
Contest prize payments are charged at 3% or ₹250, whichever is higher.

3. Membership Plans: Freelanceifi.com offers optional membership plans for additional benefits:

Basic Plan: ₹500/month – Includes 10 project bids and access to exclusive job postings.
Professional Plan: ₹1,000/month – Includes unlimited bids, premium support, and profile highlighting.

4. Withdrawal Fees:

Withdrawal of funds to Indian bank accounts: ₹50 per transaction.
International bank transfers (via PayPal or Wire Transfer): ₹250 per transaction.

5. Project Dispute Fees:

If a project enters dispute resolution, the platform charges a 5% dispute fee on the disputed amount.

6. Currency Conversion Charges:

A currency conversion fee of 2.5% will be applied to payments made or received in non-INR currencies.

7. Additional Services:

Featured Project Fee: ₹500 – Highlights your project for better visibility.
Sealed Project Fee: ₹300 – Ensures bid confidentiality for your project.
Profile Boosting Fee: ₹1,000 – Increases visibility of your profile for 7 days.

8. Refund Policy:

Service fees are non-refundable except in cases where the project is canceled before freelancer acceptance.
Membership fees are non-refundable under any circumstances.

9. Taxes:

All fees are exclusive of GST (Goods and Services Tax) at 18%, which will be added to the applicable charges.
